Communication with service department was lacking or he overstated what he could have done. Vehicle had a couple of issues that he assured us would be handled if we purchased vehicle. Then got a lot of run around in service dept. vehicle was under the 36,000 warranty. Man and lady is service department were very unfriendly when asked about the issues. Said he would fill gas tank and did not get done. Marcell did get most of other issues handled. Took 2 additional trips to LR to finish everything. John is service ended up taking care of it finally.

My overall experience with Marcell was exceptional! He sent me pictures of the available vehicles that peaked my interest. I was able to come in and test drive the vehicle I liked. On purchase day I was in and out quickly - no more than one and a half hours were spent throughout the process.
