About Shannon
Working in the auto industry for 33 years has been an amazing experience, and I look forward to many more successful years in this business. I joined the team at Steve Landers Toyota in 2009, and my current position at the dealership is Service Director. While growing up in Washington, I attended Enumclaw High School. I was a United States Air Force General purpose vehicle technician. While serving in the military for 8 years, I was stationed in Germany; I was also deployed to multiple areas in Europe during Desert Storm. These days, I love spending time with family and friends. I truly enjoy my job, especially our amazing customers and my wonderful colleagues.

I found the service dept. at Steve Landers Toyota to be friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I was in a time crunch and they did their very best to meet my time restraints, in spite of a part being back-ordered. They had me on the road in time to make my out-of-state trip on time.
