I am a dedicated sales professional with 24 years of experience, currently serving customers at Landers Toyota of Little Rock. I believe that my customers can buy a vehicle anywhere, so my goal is to provide a transparent, easy process that results in a world-class buying and ownership experience. I take pride in my reputation for being honest, a great listener, and someone who works harder than anyone in the building to ensure figures are acceptable to my customers. Outside of the dealership, I have been married to my wife, Sharon, for 37 years. We have two children: my son, Dillon, who is raising his three children in Cabot, and my daughter, Ashley, who is a talented dog groomer in the Little Rock area. I am a graduate of Gunderson High School in San Jose, California, and a veteran who traveled throughout Europe during my time in the military. When I am not at work, I enjoy fishing and spending time on the Lake with my wife, or discussing College and NFL football.

Scott had strong personal communication skills and very responsive to both email and text. However, this salesman also got me less for my truck in trade in than he told me he would. Additionally, he pushed the fact that he could get me more of a deal due to a dealership causing damage to my truck bed. He stated he would get me an invoice for the devaluation of the truck due to that damage. Essentially, used the situation in a predatory manner and then no follow through there either. I went for a Tacoma and left with a Camry, which I’m happy with but it was not what I set out to get. Did I mention I drove 4 hrs away to get this deal HE advertised directly after 3/3 12 hrs shifts working in an ICU? I feel like he had great skills when it came to making a sale and none in terms of follow through for the deal he stated he could and would push for. 5/5 is fair I believe. If someone in management wants to contact me about this, please, feel free and I may reconsider my rating. Until then, it’ll be buyer beware
